 you how to become an effective mentor and make a real difference in the li
 ves of aspiring entrepreneurs. As a volunteer mentor with mentorDay\, you'
 ll guide them through their first business venture\, helping them consolid
 ate and grow their businesses.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n 	\n\n 	During three hour
 s of hands-on training\, you'll work alongside other mentors in activities
  designed to strengthen your mentoring skills. You'll learn to apply a per
 sonalized support methodology that allows experienced professionals to hel
 p entrepreneurs enhance their competencies\, thus boosting their personal
