Sofia is again part of the global Startup Europe Week initiative that occurs annually within one week. The events illustrate the local entrepreneurial ecosystem – featuring inspiring guest speakers who share their challenges on the road to success and representatives from public and private entities who present programs to support start-ups.
To kick up this year´s SEW we are starting with the monthly startup pitching competition that you know and love – #Pitch2Pitch.
On the 11th of March, leaders from the start-up ecosystem in Sofia and the region will share opportunities, experiences, and practical advice. The event will be partially held in English. The focus will be on future technologies and AI, sustainable innovation and green entrepreneurship, and cybersecurity measures for start-ups. Entrepreneurial ventures will be presented at a conceptual level, and evaluated by experienced private investors and business angels.
