Create Your Event
Fill out the following form, making sure to include all the fields.
Add the Event Name, Date and Time, and Location. If it is a hybrid event, select “Physical Location” and then enter the URL of the videocall, which you can find a few fields below. The event will automatically be marked as hybrid after submission.
In the “Details” field, enter the full description of your event and add the sponsor logo images one by one by clicking “Add Media”. After that, add the names of the organizer and speakers.
Below the “Details” field, there is the “Event Image” field where you can upload your event’s image.
Give your consent for data processing, double-check all the information entered, and submit the event!
Remember, you will only be able to modify your event in the “Edit my Events” page after it has been accepted.
